Why work at LTG?

We like to tell candidates that the best thing about working at LTG is you never know what the next month will hold. LTG is in its infancy, when every day something new and exciting happens. Each week is greeted with new opportunities, successes and challenges. Within this fast-paced atmosphere, your career can grow as quickly as the company does with constant opportunities to expand your responsibilities and to let your initiative drive the success of the company.

A day in the life

What your day will look like is largely up to you. We each have our own responsibilities and projects, and you determine how best to complete yours. We start the day with an espresso or tea and a quick standing meeting during which we share what we worked on yesterday, what we’re going to work on today and what help we need in accomplishing our tasks. The daily meeting sparks new ideas and fosters collaboration as everyone is encouraged to share opinions, offer suggestions and pitch-in where they can. Then we get to work. Later we may grab lunch at one of our favorite food trucks or perhaps walk over to Chinatown for dumplings. A beer from the office’s tap or an after work event may end the day.

Our Boston office

LTG operates out of WeWork South Station, a shared office space filled with small, young companies like us and located near Boston’s financial district. The office building is across the street from South Station, Boston’s largest transportation hub, so commuting is simple and the food options are superb. (South Station is next to Dewey Square, a food truck haven, and Chinatown, a foodie hotspot.) Within our office, everyone works at shared tables, which makes communication easy. No matter if you’re the CEO or an intern, everyone is accessible. We don’t believe in rigid office hierarchy.

Our Tel Aviv office

LTG’s Tel Aviv office is where all our cool apps get developed. Here the research and development team works in an open, private office – the perfect environment for creating and coding killer products. Don’t be fooled though; outside the zen-like confines of the office is the bustling center of Tel Aviv, full of restaurants, pubs and shopping centers, and close to the city’s beautiful beach.
